SMA LF is a medical food and must only be used under medical supervision.

SMA LF is a lactose free milk based formula for babies who are intolerant to lactose, a natural milk sugar which is naturally found in cows’ and breast milk. 

SMA LF is nutritionally complete up to 6 months, providing all of the vitamins and minerals the baby needs for healthy growth and development.

SMA LF is available at your local pharmacy in a 430 g can.  If the product is not available on shelf, your pharmacist will be able to order it for you. 

SMA LF is a nutritionally complete formula for babies up to 6 months who show an intolerance to lactose. It can be used until your healthcare professional suggests it is time to re-test the lactose intolerance. If necessary it can be used in conjunction with solid food until your baby is one year and beyond.

Every baby is an individual and your healthcare professional will advise you when the time comes to re-introduce another milk.
