How to unsubscribe
If you no longer wish to continue to be a member of the Know-how programme, you will need to log into your profile and delete your account. To do this you will need to:
- Click here to log in.
- Fill in your login details (your username is your e-mail address).
- Go to "Edit my Profile".
- Click on "Delete" your account button.
- If you are sure you want to unsubscribe Click the OK button.
Please note, if you have registered via Emma’s Diary or a Baby Show and not visited the website before, you will need to create a secret question before being able to unsubscribe.

Please note that unsubscribing from the know-how programme, can take up to 24hrs to take effect.
