Just For Mum

Just as every baby is different, so is every new mum! By now, you should be beginning to make out a vague semblance of routine in your life - you know roughly when your baby will be hungry, needs her nappy changed, is sleepy, grumpy or playful, which means you can plan your day, sort of!

This is a good time to get to know other new mums. It always helps to talk to someone who’s going through similar experiences to you – and it’s often a lot of fun.

Your healthcare professional should be able to tell you about local mother and baby groups or look on the noticeboard of your local supermarket or newsagent for posters advertising suitable groups.
